used as a verb, means the act of contacting someone else's employer in an effort to cause them problems. Usually done as a result of some petty internet squabble.

also

to take a minor internet beef to real life by contacting a forum member's employer with completely bogus accusations in an attempt to get the guy fired.

- Where's JIA been?
- He's isn't been posting anymore. Someone got mad and arock'd him.

arock

verb - to use forum postings and activity to create problems for people at their job. Typically requires extensive snooping and prickish investigation of corporate websites to figure out employer, business units and supervisors.

"Boy, he sure made me look like an idiot, but I'll find out where he works and arock him by sending his boss a link to his forum postings so he'll get in trouble."
