The unfortunate situation that occurs to some either during or after a trip to an African country when they experience a horrific and maddening "anal itch" from explosive travellers diarrhea. Otherwise referred to as "ass itchy and burning" and "atomic itchy bum" Often abbreviated to "AIB"

Oh man-I got back from holidays like four days ago and I have the worst African Itchy Bum ever!
