A different take on 'all out of luck', but is specifically used when you have no simple means of having sex. This could be because you just broke up with a bf/gf, or perhaps a 'friend with benefits' dropped the benefits component.

Steve: So Jack, is your sex life good at the moment? Still getting some from that hot blonde? What about your ex?

Jack: Nah mate it's shit now.. the blonde got a boyfriend, Danii is overseas, and none of my other contacts are interested in a quick root right now.. Im all out of fuck!
