Means “God Is Great”. It can be used in 2 ways

1: To signify actual thank for god
2: To yell at everyone before exploding a major building

Muslim Guy: Allah-u Akhbar, I thank god for giving me that grade

Sc. 2:
Terrorist Muslim Guy: “ALLAH-U AKHBAR!”
*Terrorist Muslim Guy blows up a major building*
