Anal Parkinson's

When someone's asshole is constantly clenching and unclenching. Usually the disease starts at a young age and progressively gets worse until it becomes hard to hold in fecal matter .

I wanted to go to the pool, but since I have Anal Parkinson's, I'd shit everywhere.
