When a person stops paying attention to a discussion, conversation, presentation, or similar, then has to ask for information to be repeated. Especially applicable to people named Andrew.
Me: ... so anyway that's how I met your mother.
Andrew: What? What happened? Could you say that again?
Me: Andrew Moment.
