Arshmit

A disease that broke out in India in 2003. It was pretty minor, due to the fact that the effects wear off after around 12 hours. The disease only lasted for a couple days and affected 23 people. It makes people's skins become dark and changes the way their brains function, essentially lowering their IQ.
