Baby necking

When someone is so tired, drunk, faded, or a combination of the following, they have an extremely hard time keeping their head upright and continually bobble their head.

The condition associated with the inability to hold your head up during an extreme level of highness. Leaning back on a couch typically resolves the problem.

2. A meal that is so unidentifyable and mushy that it is comparable to a baby's neck jam.
