A Bagpipe Queen is a homosexual man (who may or may not be ethnically Scottish or a redhead) who is sexually attracted to redheaded men, usually ethnically Scottish. Not to be mistaken with Ginger Fever, which applies to heterosexual men attracted to redheaded women.
Earl is quite the Bagpipe Queen, in fact he knows his pipes so well he's quite the connoisseur!
