An illusion in which a man has a large bugle in his pants which turns out to be more balls than penis.
"Went home with Big Bulge Billy, turns out his bulge was a Ballge."
"His Ballge was 90% ball."
Similar to a Moose Knuckle and Ball Camel Toe, a Ballge is usually spotted when a man is in a seated position. It creates a tautness of fabric along, or to either side, of the crotch seam of a man's pants, redefining the natural state of his dangly goods.
