Some guy on Facebook who post videos of himself eating anything and everything. Used to describe someone eating shit like lightbulbs and gluesticks.

Rob: "Did you hear about the guy who ate his own hands?"
Bob: "Yeah he pulled a Ben Reeves, lost control and ate like an animal!"
