A very well-written episode of the popular web series "Battle For Dream Island". Released on September 1st 2023, It has been regarded as lost media for the past 10 years. BFDIA 6 closely resembles a nostalgic fever dream, with an unusual challenge, mysterious phenomena, and an overall mood that can only be described as surreal, but perfect, containing the charm of the old Battle For Dream Island, with the production quality of the modern equivalent.
While BFDIA 6 has received overwhelming praise, some critics argue against it, citing it being released barely before midnight, and containing multiple animation errors. However, this is a result of the two creators of the show, Cary and Michael Huang having to also keep up with the production of the fifth ongoing season of BFDI; The Power Of Two (TPOT), as the seventh episode in TPOT was due to be released just a week after the release of BFDIA 6. Additionally, there was also incentive to release the episode specifically on September 1st 2023, as the original release date for the episode was intended to be September 1st, 2013, making the release date for BFDIA 6 exactly 10 years after intended.
Person 1: "Have you watched BFDIA 6? It is so good!"
Person 2: " Yes, but I cannot believe how choppy the episode is. Look at all the animation errors it has!"
Person 1: "Golly, maybe if the creators weren't under so much pressure to get it released on such a specific date while they juggle the ongoing season 5, it wouldn't be so choppy. Also, most of these errors are not noticed in the initial watch-through, and do not seem to make the plot confusing. I suggest you be glad that they went through the effort of reviving a decade-old season that most of their target demographic will not understand for the sake of respecting their long-time viewers, rather than just scrapping it and leaving it to rot like 90% of object shows on youtube."

When a episode of a season is released exactly 10 years after the original release date like with BFDIA 6 which was supposed to release on September 1st 2013 but ended up getting released on September 1st 2023

As someone who's in this for a decent time now, this community has devolved from being kind and effortful to being targeted by the slow corruption: characters will magically become unlikable just so that JnJ's air-quote deity, Pin, can actually get an advantage!
On the subreddit, say anything bad about our deity (Pin)? Get the whole army of her glazers mocking and harassing you in the comments!
This show has lost all of it's original charm: flanderization, vote rigging (making characters act like dipshits just to get them out, as they're in said deity's way or JnJ just hates them inside), and a community slightly less toxic than Twitter's makes 2024 BFDIA kinda suck...
