An internet expression for someone using all caps in a single message. Also gives the illusion of being yelled at.

Lucy: Hey, did you want to go to the hookah lounge tonight?
Jude: YES, I WAS JUST GONNA ASK YOU THAT, WHAT TIME DO YOU WANNA GO?
Lucy: Why are you yelling at me?
Jude: Sorry, i was stuck in billy mays mode.
