A major or field of study that sucks the life out of its participants. Since it is strongly related to medicine, a lot of undergraduates study BME as pre-med students. However, they quickly learn that after classes such as 'Analysis of Biosignals and Systems' and 'Instrumentation Lab', biomedical engineering is not worth the lack of life it creates.
Well, I was studying biomedical engineering. Then our entire class failed Biosignals even though the curve was around 30%, so I switched to Business.

One who has such substantial skills in both medicine and engineering that they can dare to combine them to form an entirely new type of profession. They deal with any device applied in the medical world and work on advancing technologies such as tissue engineering (the growing of artificial human tissue for implantation on other humans.)Basically, heroes in the modern world.
"Did you see that biomedical engineer? Hes got to be the sexiest godlike figure of our time."

(BME for short)One who possesses the traits of other engineers, but lacks the profuse mathematical ability. A BME is basically a doctor who tries to design stuff, then fails because he couldn't do necessary calculations.
I didn't realize that the engineer was a Biomedical Engineer until I noticed he was using the calculator upside down and had no clue what a "cosine" is.
