A noun, meaning a silly, weird or highly random person or object. Often used when talking about Blehoobish people.
Well aren't you a Blehooba today?
A random exclamation which means that you are either happy, excited, Blehoobish, amazed or surprised.
Bob: OMG! You have a cake for lunch!
Fred: Why yes I do! Blehooba!
The person you know who is so random, so silly, that the word that you use to describe them has to make no sense whatsoever. See also Blehoobish
