An automobile, truck, trailer or other vehicle in poor condition. The term is used mainly by Southern Americans from rural areas.

Sandy: Your trailer is probably worth something, correct?

Jeb: My old 12' CRGS enclosed? Nah, she ain't worth nothin. She's a blower up.

Sandy: What about your four wheeler?

Jeb: My tRX 350? Blower up.
