Blucka-blucka

A phrase used in a deep and fast paced manner by a jibtek (habitual meth user) to indicate that they have been awake using meth for a multitude of days.

While listening to electronic music, out of excitement the meth user says: "Blucka-blucka! blucka-blucka!"
