To have a neutral relationship with how you look. Unlike the body positivity movement, body neutrality focuses on pushing away biases based on looks, rather than solely embracing them. In other words, body neutrality emphasizes not thinking about you body, while other movements encourage constant self praise. The goal is to base none of your self worth on your appearance.
Friend 1: "I love how I look even though my body doesn't fit modern beauty standards. I know my worth."
Friend 2: "Love that for you, but I prefer to base my self worth off of other characteristics."
Friend 1: "Awesome, you must be part of the Body Neutrality Movement."
