One who has ridden and/or spent enough time in brackish water to appear darker in skin color. (May have a displeasing appearance and unmannered behavior)

Oh my goodness, why are they seating those Brack Boys here at Cracker Barrel?? They must have been riding dirt bikes in coal country.
