Brass handrail

Noun - name given to a sexual manoeuvre similar to a handjob where a Brillo pad and metal polish are used in conjunction to achieve climax. The result is a shiny pink shaft, not unlike brass.

I went to the cinema the other day and the guy behind me was brass handrailed.......ruined the movie.
