Brick Exit Strategy

The process whereby a traditional β€œBrick & Mortar” retailer begins the transition to a predominantly Internet based business model. Often brought about due to the escalating costs of maintaining a dedicated physical presence as declining economic conditions force geo-based retailers into competing dollar for dollar with their virtual world ecommerce competition.

"A Brick Exit Strategy not only cuts costs, it gives us a chance to expand beyond this local market."
