Means a person - usually a male - who forgets/ignores his friends (brothers) for a member of the opposite sex. The person that the friends are being ignored for are usually sluts or 'easy'.

Skank bros typically are clothed in wife beaters, tight jeans or sweat pants, and have a single gold chain. Skank bros often attempt to grow facial hair, but are incapable, leaving them with a pitiful wisp of hair on their chin.
