Used to describe Trump and his followers that have a massive disconnect from reality and fantasy, the inability to tell truth from lies and to act and say idiotic things.

A mass of people with "Broken Brain Syndrome (BBS)" showed up without masks to protest the social injustice of being in quarantine, thereby prolonging the quarantine.
