At bar close (otherwise known as the hour of desperation)Bussing Tables is a term applied to males who watch/wait and try to clean up the remaining unwanted leftovers of drunk female trash that are still lingering in the bar.

Dude I have been striking out all night, they announced Bar close and like a Pedro I just started Bussing Tables until I got lucky.
