A term used to represent the city of Chicago, due to its geographical location in the center of the United States. The term is partly in response to how the U.S. is usually represented in terms of the East or West Coasts, with Chicago being disregarded or referred to as a "second-city" or the "third coast"
Coined by Chris Shaw, founder of Central Coast Advertising Agency in Chicago.
"Where's the place to visit when in The U.S.?"
"The West Coast is inflated, The East Coast is crowded, The Central Coast is where it's at."

The best part of the great state of California. The part that doesn't suffer from the annoying "hella" faggots from the north, or the violent and smog filled south.
Person 1: I do most certainly love living in the Central Coast
Person 2: I hella love NorCal
Person 1: Go die in a fire you blatant faggot/vagrant
Person 2: Alright *Goes and dies in a great conflagration in Northern California"

Refers to the California counties of San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbra, and Ventura. They all share a similar lifestyle and the 805 area code. On the Central coast we party hard, fuck hard, ride hard and always bang that Sur 13. In fact the central coast is home to dozens of Sureno gangs including Atascadero's notorious Southern Locos Gang who put the busters to shame.
Norteno1: Let's go to the central coast to party.
Norteno2: Fuck that those Southern Locos will cut us up like thanksgiving turkey.

An asocial behaviour, people with the Central Coast Syndrome typically do not want any contact with other people. They go to work/school/university and back again without talking to anyone that they do not already know.
Originated from the Central Coast of Australia, commonly affecting international students coming to study at the University of Newcastle, Ourimbah, Australia.
- I havent spoken to any locals for over 2 months, even though I see them every day in class!
- Yeah man I know what you mean, its the Central Coast Syndrome!

A railway line that goes to the eastern part of the Central Coast and the western part northbound only making the western southbound sunflower-incompatible.
I have autism and ADHD so that I can only travel northbound on the Central Coast and Newcastle Line.
