In Israeli slang, a chakhla is a slang for a bimbo, light-headed, selfish and stupid girl, often behaving very rude and brutal. All she cares about is her nails, her hair and her boyfriend.

Girl 1: Look at Shira, playing with her hair while talking to other guys.

Girl 2: I know, what a Chakhla.
