A person whose area of expertise is in the business of eating cheesecake. This is a person who can either:

1) Finish a full cheesecake on their own
or
2) Eat a large piece of cheesecake in a short amount of time

Wow, Bobby finished that whole cherry cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory by himself. He must be a cheesecake savant!
