Chinese Duck Tongue

Oral sex, particularly with a female whose vagina is compressed during stimulation. So named for the tightness of the labia, causing it to look like a duck's tongue. The "Chinese" part of the phrase is in reference to Chinese prostitutes, and makes this phrase a racial slur.
