Chromebook Rat

Someone that is always on their school provided Chromebook, even at home, playing games on it. Pretty much a Chromebook addict.

Person 1: "Bro John's the biggest Chromebook rat ever, he's always playing games in class."
Person 2: "I know, somebody gotta take it.
