Cleetys's Asshole

When you eat normal food and then shit blood the next day, blaming it on someones cooking from the night before but really you just have the bowel of a 103 year old geriatric.

Last night I ate a some mashed potato and today I haven't stopped shitting blood, I must have a bad case of Cleetys's Asshole.
