A person who is purposely nice to a person with a high following. They will be a simp to them so they can get clout.

Person- "Omg look at him, he's talking to the popular girl for clout"
Person 2- "He's such a clout simp
clout simp - "Hey Brittany, you're soo pretty. Would you mind shouting me out on Instagram?"
