Colbert's Disease

A condition causing facial muscles and vocal chords to relax, making it impossible to express emotion. It was named after a Colbert; no relation to Stephen Colbert.

*In flat monotone* "Sorry, I can't speak with emotion right now, I have the Colbert's Disease."
