Colonel Cram

The act in which a male or female makes a fist and shoves it
up there partners ass. Called a colonel cram because you are cramming a fist up someones ass, and often the partner is inclined to scream "COLONEL" when the act is being performed on them

Sam gave me a colonel cram last night, and man I screamed "COLONEL" so loud it was amazing
