(Pronounced - kon'ste-tortion-ist) - A person identified as re-interpreting or dramatically bending the Constitution of the United States and Amendments therein, in such a way as to be counter to the interpretations of the US Supreme Court or formal Constitutional scholars, and to also suit a specific political narrative contrary to the founder's original meaning.
