Cookie Butter Democrat

A person, generally upper middle class, who claims to be progressive and/or leftist, but it extremely centrist and cares little for the struggles of marginalized groups (unless directly affected). Cookie Butter Democrats embrace neoliberal values and believe that capitalism can be ethical.
