Dad crack, an attempt at humour usually made by a dad or out of touch 40+ year old. A remark is made to try and generate humour however is perceived as not funny or simply dad crack.

A strange occurrence sometimes takes place however when an assortment of dads find communial humour in dad crack and laugh at a younger individuals expense.

"Did you get a free bucket and spade with those shoes?"- a typical example of dad crack
