Crystal Bowersox

Crystal Lynn Bowersox is currently an American Idol contestant. Born August 4, 1985 in Elliston, Ohio, she quickly captured the heart of the judges and the audience with her Joplin-meets-Raitt vocal plus the sincerity and honesty displayed in all her performances. She's considered the frontrunner in this competition as well as the sole female representative since the Top 5 was selected.
