Noun. (plural cuspers) A person considered to have been born on a cusp between significant generations. (astrology) A person born on a day at a junction of star signs.
Someone who doesn't fall neatly into a prescribed generation, such as Millennial or Generation Z. Usually refers to people who didn't get cell phones until 12 years old, but could always Google something. Born between 1995 and 2001.
