When riding in the car, the driver tells the person in the passenger seat (shotgun) "DJ or BJ" This means that the passenger has the choice of picking some cool jams, or giving the driver a blow job.

Craig (driver) and Jim get into the car, once they start going, Craig: DJ or BJ. Jim: ok i choose BJ
