A word to describe someone with an overwhelming amount of cool and chill. It is generally used when describing a mate. When calling someone a Devdan you’re typically fishing for a compliment back.

Nicholas: Hey Chris, you’re such a Devdan

Christopher: Thanks mate! I love you too!
