Dexter Slap

Laying in the same position as Dexter at the beginning of the theme song and simultaneously slapping your arm at the same time as Dexter when he kills the mosquito.

I was off by one tenth of a second from Dexter when I tried to Dexter Slap my arm while watching the show.
