A sarcastic term used to describe a try hard young white adult male who takes a trip to Cancun to party with strippers but instead gets gang banged by two trannys after one two many sex on the beaches.

Luke: Did you hear about Jason's trip to Cancun? He tried to make himself sound like a stud but apparently got penetrated by trannys.
