Dirty Quotes

Dirty quotes are a gesture performed like air quotes except with the hands facing upwards instead of downwards.

In written format two commas can be used.

I ,,ran into,, your mom last night. I haven't ,,seen,, her since high school.

When speaking, the dirty quotes gesture should be used in place of the double commas.
