1) A very irritating or irrational person who typically uses faulty logic to justify there opinion or reasoning

2) one who wanks it chronically.

My boss is such a duche, first I was told to do a brake job and now he has me doing an alignment on a car with bent rims, and I can't make time, what a dong cranker.
