Dot and Dip

Refers to the the prosecution of Hindus by muslims starting as early as the 8th century all the way to 1500AD over 30 million hindus were murdered. A common practice was dipping them in boiling oil until death. The dot refers to the religious mark on their heads.

Dot and dipping was a common form of religous outting. If they had a dot they were dipped.
