Double Inverted Shocker

Just like the shocker, but flip her on her stomach, and engage both hands. So its two in the pink and four in the stink.

I was giving this girl a back massage and I slipped her the Inverted Shocker, but it wasn't enough so I had to give her the Double Inverted Shocker.
