A pair of men's boxers when their Johnson hangs out while sitting or standing. Usually worn by elderly males.

Ronnie: We are having guests, please tell Grandpa to put on pants and a shirt.

Jimmy: I will, he has been wearing his Duke Johnsons all day and it may scare our guests.
