An expression used to excuse performing oral sex on a girl when you're already in a relationship with someone else.

Guy 1: Did I see you take Becky home last night? I thought you were going out with Laura.
Guy 2: Yeah, I took her home. But all I did was go down on her. Eating ain't cheating.
