A person who makes fun of other people that they perceive to be mentally ill. Ironically this behavior only displays that they themselves have a mental illness.

Gary: “Look at all those morons that think they’re sick. Those idiots are just mentally ill!

Paul: “Knock if off Gary, no one likes an Edward McSweegan!”

Gary: “You’re right, I’m sorry. Guess i’m a little crazy myself.”

Paul: “Don’t forget stupid and an asshole!”
