An absurd phrase that non-Hispanics sometimes utter when they are peeved about something while concurrently somehow believing that regular folks and children won’t be able to understand what they have said.
My Marilyn Monroe-esque but otherwise badass, insult-slinging mother would drop “el fucko” in a moment of sixties risqué attitude, like the most natural of punctuation when someone said or did anything that displeased her.

A goofball lawbreaker loved by many who repeatedly comes back into the U.S. each and every time he is deported back to Mexico:
I’ve rooted for El Fucko all my life, he won’t accept the rules because he knows that California was once Mexico and he’s just trying to get home!
